Attempts to understand the complexities of human cognitive abilities and especially the acquisition and use of language are as old and as continuous as history itself. What is the nature of the brain? What is the nature of human language? And what is the relationship between the two? philosophers and scientists have grappled with these kind of questions over the centuries. But modern advances in brain technology have enabled researches to study the brain-language connection scarcely imagined in earlier times.
We are a group of the introduction to linguistics class at UNAH and we will try to give answer to this questions in the following entries, but let's first have a look at the following video to have a better understanding of the topic.
